Outsourcing of support services in public sector and the way forward

This also has widespread in the public service sector. During this pandemic, the issue of contract workers in service sectors exploded. For an example in Malaysia cleaners in the government hospital were not recognized as a frontline staff because these jobs are outsourced or contracted out.
