JPKK pagi tadi dipanggil mesyuarat bersama Jabatan Hal Ehwal Kesatuan Sekerja Malaysia di Kementerian Sumber Manusia dalam usaha untuk di-iktiraf sebagai kesatuan rasmi untuk pekerja khidmat sokongan pembersihan & keselamatan bangunan kerajaan.

Kumpulan pekerja sokongan sangat memerlukan kesatuan untuk melawan penindasan hak pekerja yang banyak berlaku di seluruh negara. Kesatuan rasmi boleh membentuk perjanjian bersama (collective agreement) diantara pekerja dengan kontraktor, yang akan melindungi kebajikan pekerja di masa hadapan.
