Sg Petani, Kedah. Dua kes tuntutan pembayaran gaji tidak betul telah di fail keatas 1 syarikat pengawal keselamatan. Satu kes bertarikh 10.8.22 selesai dgn perbincangan diantara pengadu diwakili saudara Maznan dr JPKK / Uni Mlc bersama defendan mendpt persetujuan kedua dua pihak di hadapan pegawai tenaga kerja. Defendan diarah membayar kepada pengadu sprt surat saman perintah yg telah dikeluarkan. Hari ini 29.12.22 satu kes lagi telah selesai keatas defendan yg sama tetapi pihak syarikat tidak hadir.

Pihak Syarikat ini tidak memberi kerjasama pd kes ini sepanjang tarikh perjumpaan di peringkat awal perbincangan langsung tidak hadir mengikut tarikh yg telah dikeluarkan oleh pihak JTK sehinggalah ke tarikh akhir perbicaraan hari ini. Oleh itu pihak mahkamah buruh telah mengeluarkan saman perintah utk pihak syarikat membayar kepada pengadu seperti surat perintah yg telah dikeluarkan.
