The pandemic has exposed how the contract system has been abused to maximize profits at the expense of the workers all across the globe, including Asia. Sadly most of them are essential workers, and they have been on the receiving end of this exploitative system for years now. Hence, JPKK proudly invited representatives from Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines & Malaysia to share their experience in their fight for the rights of workers under the contract system.
